No legal jargon.
No secrets.
Just your case.
We believe good legal representation starts with openness. That you should know what we do, why we do it — and where your file currently stands.
Three principles
We explain until you understand.
A mandate doesn't start with paragraphs. It starts with a situation you didn't choose — an accident, a dismissal, an official letter. If you didn't understand something, that's our fault, not yours.
You see what's happening. Always.
We don't believe clients should have to wait for call-backs to find out where their case stands. So we built a tool that shows you at any time where your file stands, what figures are on the table, and what the next step is.
We also say what you don't want to hear.
In nine out of ten traffic accident cases you bear no legal costs — that's true. But in some cases the matter isn't clear-cut, and we'll tell you that upfront, not afterwards.
Personal at the start.
Digital along the way.
Personal at the end.
Every case begins with a conversation — in person, by phone, or by video. We listen, assess, and tell you honestly whether and how we can help. What you tell us stays with us.
As soon as we take on the mandate, you get access to your personal case area. From then on, you can see every important step, every incoming document, every stage of negotiations. You no longer need to call to ask "Where do we stand?" — the answer is on your screen.
At the end we meet again, or we call. Good legal representation remains a conversation between people — technology just makes it better, not different.

Why this is unusual
Most law firms in Germany still work with call-backs and email attachments. What we offer deliberately goes further: you shouldn't have to depend on us to know what's happening with your case. That's not a technology decision — it's an attitude.
Where we use AI — and where we don't.
AI has long since arrived in law firms — the question is what it's used for and what it isn't. We think you should know.
We do not send any client data to AI systems. Ever.
What you tell us stays with us — not with OpenAI, not with Google, not with Anthropic. This is not a marketing slogan but lived practice: your pleadings, emails and conversations do not leave our office towards any AI cloud.
Where we use AI
Research
Laws, rulings, specialist literature. AI is unbeatable fast here — always with legal review by a lawyer.
Administration
Structuring texts, adapting templates, maintaining checklists. Time we then have for you instead of administration.
Service for you
Our chatbot guides you through the accident form instead of leaving you with 60 form fields. Simple questions in dialogue.
Why a chatbot for the accident form?
A classic accident form can easily have 60 or more fields — that overwhelms many people, especially right after an accident. Not everyone has the time, calm or routine to fill something like that out completely. Our chatbot asks you the same questions in dialogue, step by step, in plain language. The goal is simple: you shouldn't fail because of a form, just because you're not a lawyer.
Frequently asked questions
Does every client get access to the client portal?
Yes. After we take on your case, you automatically receive your personal access link. Use is free and part of our service.
Do I need to install an app from the store?
No. Just open the portal in your browser. If you like, you can add it to your smartphone's home screen with a tap — then it launches like a native app. We use Progressive Web App technology — no installation required.
What happens to my data in the portal?
Servers are located in Germany, transmission is encrypted, and we use no third-party trackers. Data processing is carried out exclusively by us within the scope of your mandate.
What if I don't want to use the portal?
Everything still works by phone, letter and personal appointment. The portal is an offer, not an obligation. We adapt to your preferred communication channel, not the other way around.
Do you use Artificial Intelligence on my case?
Not on your client data. Our red line is clear: what you tell us stays with us and does not leave our office towards any AI cloud. We use AI exclusively for research, administrative tasks and convenience features such as our accident form assistant — never for processing your specific case.

Want to know what this looks like in your case?
The best way to experience how we work is a first conversation. In person, by phone or by video — you decide.
