Non-binding appointment request — how it works
On this page you submit a non-binding appointment request to our firm in Offenbach am Main — for an initial consultation or a meeting in an ongoing mandate. You choose the area of law, your preferred date and the format: in person at our office, by phone or by video call. Completing the request takes about two minutes.
Important: your request is not a binding booking. We check availability and confirm the appointment by email — usually within 24 hours on working days. The appointment is only fixed once we have confirmed it. If your preferred slot is not available, we will suggest alternatives.
The appointment request itself is free of charge and does not commit you to anything. An initial consultation is billed according to the statutory fees of the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG) — for consumers no more than 190 € net. In accident claims the opposing liability insurer usually bears the costs, and with legal expenses insurance your insurer often covers them. We tell you transparently before the appointment what your matter is likely to cost.

Is my appointment request binding?
No. You submit a non-binding request — the appointment is only fixed once we confirm it by email. Until then you enter into no obligation, and no costs arise.
How quickly do you respond to my request?
We respond within 24 hours on working days — by email, confirming your preferred slot or suggesting an alternative. If a deadline is urgent, it is best to call us directly: +49 69 999 99 33-10.
What does an initial consultation cost?
For consumers no more than 190 € net plus VAT (Section 34 RVG); in many cases the fee is credited towards a later mandate. In accident claims the opposing liability insurer usually bears the costs; with legal expenses insurance, your insurer often covers them. We tell you the expected costs before the appointment.
Which documents should I bring to the appointment?
Everything relating to your case: letters from the other side or the authority, official notices, contracts, photos, insurance details. You can also attend without documents — we will tell you what we still need.
