Accident Report

Had an accident?

Tell us the key details — we'll take care of the rest.

Report your accident online — how it works

With our digital accident report form you can report your traffic accident online — at any time, in about five minutes, without an appointment. The form guides you step by step through all the details we need to settle your claim: how the accident happened, the parties and witnesses involved, vehicle damage, possible injuries, and any documents you already have, such as photos or the police file number. There is nothing to prepare — anything missing can simply be submitted later.

After you submit the form, a lawyer at our firm reviews your details personally. We get back to you within 24 hours on working days — by phone or email — and tell you specifically which claims may apply in your case: repair costs, diminished value, a rental car or loss of use, and compensation for pain and suffering. If you wish, we then handle the entire settlement with the opposing insurer.

For accident victims this is free of charge: if you are not at fault, the opposing liability insurer bears your legal fees as part of the damage. This also applies in cases of partial fault — we bill exclusively on the basis of the amount actually recovered, and this fee is paid in full by the opposing insurer. Submitting the accident form does not commit you to anything.

Why this form?

With your details, we can prepare your case before the first consultation. This saves time and enables more targeted advice from the start.

Frequently asked questions about the online accident report

What happens after I submit the accident form?

Your details go directly to our firm and are reviewed by a lawyer. We get back to you within 24 hours on working days — with an initial assessment of your claims and a concrete proposal for the next steps. A mandate only begins once you instruct us afterwards.

Which documents do I need to report the accident?

None — you can complete the accident form without any documents. Helpful, if available: photos of the damage, the other party's registration plate and insurer, the police file number, and a repair estimate or expert report. Anything missing can be submitted later.

What does the claims settlement cost me?

Usually nothing for accident victims: the opposing liability insurer bears the legal fees as part of the damage — even in cases of partial fault, because we bill exclusively on the basis of the amount actually recovered. This applies to out-of-court settlement; any cost risk of litigation is discussed transparently in advance.

Do I have to come to the office to report my accident?

No. The entire settlement can be handled without an in-person appointment — accident form online, follow-up questions by phone or email. If you prefer a personal meeting, we are happy to arrange one at our office in Offenbach.
