We settle your claim
Repair, replacement car, pain-and-suffering compensation — and everything that is often forgotten: diminished value, loss of use & more
Why does this cost you nothing?
If you are involved in an accident through no fault of your own, the lawyer's fees are part of your damage — just like the repair. The other party's liability insurer must cover them.
And if you are partly at fault? Even then you pay nothing with us. We calculate our fee exclusively on the amount actually recovered for you — and exactly this fee is covered 100 % by the other party's insurer. Nothing is left for you to pay.
- ✓Lawyer's fees are part of the damage — the other party's insurer pays them
- ✓Even with partial fault: our fee is based only on the amount recovered
- ✓No advance payment, no hidden costs
Injured? Then you are entitled to compensation.
The most common injury after a rear-end collision is whiplash (cervical spine distortion). Insurers dispute precisely this injury particularly aggressively because it is often not visible on X-rays or MRI scans. All the more important: see a doctor immediately, document every treatment — and do not accept a hasty settlement offer. We quantify your claim and enforce it.
No lasting damage, short treatment period.
Several months of treatment, prolonged symptoms.
Lasting damage, considerable impairment — depending on the individual case, significantly more.
Reference values from our settlement practice — the individual case is always decisive. In detail with examples and further injury patterns: our pain-and-suffering guide.
Definitiv.“

What is accident claim settlement?
Accident claim settlement covers everything you are entitled to after a road accident — from repair costs and a replacement car to diminished value and pain-and-suffering compensation. We handle the entire process with the other party's insurer, so nothing is forgotten and nothing is short-changed.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. The lawyer's fees are part of your accident damage and are covered by the other party's liability insurer — just like the repair costs. You pay nothing in advance.
What if I am partly at fault?
Even then you pay nothing. We calculate our fee exclusively on the amount actually recovered for you — and this fee is covered in full by the other party's insurer. This applies to out-of-court settlement; if court proceedings become necessary, we discuss the cost risk openly with you beforehand.
Do I need my own expert?
After a non-fault accident you have the right to choose your own independent expert — you do not have to accept the expert appointed by the other party's insurer. These costs are also borne by the other side. On request, we arrange experienced experts.
Will I get a replacement car?
Usually yes — while your vehicle is being repaired or you are waiting for a replacement. Alternatively, you are entitled to loss-of-use compensation. Depending on the case, there are also diminished value and pain and suffering compensation — we enforce every item for you.
How long does the settlement take?
Simple vehicle-damage claims are often settled within 4–6 weeks. Personal injury or disputed liability takes longer — we keep you informed at every stage and make sure the insurer does not play for time.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. The entire process works digitally and by phone — from the accident form to the payout. If you prefer to visit in person, you are of course always welcome at our office in Offenbach.
The sooner we take over, the better for your claims.
A 5-minute accident form, one phone call — or a non-binding appointment request.
